Limitation of liability - Our company is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the website's content that is affected by differences in printed output due to environmental conditions, print and post-finishing handling, not meeting machine spec requirements, or from effects or delays in finishing processes.

Third-party: We are not responsible for any direct impact on our solutions from 3rd-party supplier sites or substrate manufacturers.

Intellectual property: All product renders and the company's website content may not be reproduced without permission

What is collected is explicitly: name, email, phone, billing address, shipping address, and no IP address, browser/device data, or any uploaded design files.

Purpose: The data collected is for a purpose (e.g., order fulfillment, account management, marketing) and the legal basis (consent, contractual necessity, or legitimate interest).

Data shared: Unlikely from payment processors (which we do not use on our website), logistics providers (mainly for transport and delivery), print machinery software (for registration of software licenses)

User rights: Users can request access, correct, delete, or export their data used for demonstration or testing, and withdraw consent or opt out of marketing. Include a contact email for privacy requests and a response timeframe.

Data retention: Order records may need to be retained for 5–7 years for accounting purposes; uploaded print files will be deleted 90 days after job completion.

Security measures: We have safeguards, including SSL encryption and access controls, to ensure users' data is protected.

Order and product data: Please note that when customers order products (paper, substrates, consumables, hardware), the company will collect product specifications, quantities, delivery instructions, and job reference numbers. 

Uploaded print files and artwork: When customers upload design files (PDFs, AI files, high-res images), those files are stored, accessible to the prepress team, not shared externally, and deleted after use for brand confidentiality.

Finishing job specifications: For pre- and post-finishing services (lamination, die-cutting, binding, embossing, 3D printing, etc.), jobs that contain proprietary product dimensions or brand specifications are treated as confidential and used only for order testing.

Payment and billing data: Storage of this information is handled with care and in confidence, and used for accounting and record-keeping purposes. It complies with the required accounting period of 5-7 years.

Quote and inquiry forms: Requested quotations or draft quotations, product specifications, and data in these forms are retained temporarily for follow-up and are not used for any other purpose without consent.
